At Mark Henry Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your selection, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates of authenticity. Secure the items inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. All returns must be insured and trackable for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
