What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide appraisals or certificates of authenticity?
Yes, every Mark Henry purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity. For high-value Alexandrite center stones, we also provide independent laboratory reports from institutions such as GIA or GRS.
Can I request a custom design or ring resizing?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke design services to create your dream piece. Most of our rings include one complimentary resizing within the first six months of purchase, provided the design allows for adjustment.
